Hi, I’m Ingrid. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 32 years of Social Work experience. I earned my BSW from Auburn University and my MSW from Troy University. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate some of life’s most challenging and transformative seasons.
Throughout my career, my greatest passion has been helping people rediscover their strength, clarity, and sense of purpose. It is truly an honor to walk alongside my clients as they rebuild, grow, and work toward healing, meaningful change, and attaining personal goals.
I work with individuals experiencing mood and personality disorders, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, self-esteem concerns, emotional instability, chronic stress, interpersonal difficulties, trauma and trauma-related symptoms, and other challenges.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step, you do not have to figure it out alone. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Where you can exhale, feel understood, and begin to move forward with confidence. Therapy can be hard work — but it can also include hope, connection, empowerment, and even moments of lightness along the way.
My approach is integrative and personalized. I utilize evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Seeking Safety, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, strengths-based approaches, and trauma-focused therapy.
Together, we’ll build practical tools, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Reaching out for help takes courage. If you’re even considering therapy, I’m already so proud of you!
