Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Florida

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, veterans, and families through life’s challenges. I am passionate about helping individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My clinical experience includes working with concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, child behaviors, life changes, and trauma. I take a client-centered, strengths-based approach and draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, and other trauma-informed practices. I am currently training in EMDR, which I incorporate when appropriate to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences.

I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and values. As the wife of a retired Marine, I have a deep personal understanding of military culture and the unique stressors faced by service members, veterans, and their families.

This perspective allows me to provide compassionate, informed care to those navigating military-related transitions, trauma, and family dynamics. I have called Northwest Florida home for the past ten years and value the importance of community, connection, and balance.

Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mother and “Mamaw” to three young grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family, the outdoors, traveling, and caring for my furbabies—all of which help keep me grounded and balanced.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can build insight, develop effective coping skills, and move forward with confidence and resilience.
