Therapy is a very personal experience to go through. Therapy encourages you to have courage. To be vulnerable. To open up.
So many times in our lives we get these overwhelming emotions, and often we think we can handle them on our own. I am here to let you know you don’t have to. Be daring. Be courageous. Be vulnerable.
Take the chance to talk to someone and see just how much easier it is to find the proper coping mechanisms when you have the right kind of guidance.
{Daring greatly} means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen. To ask for what you need. To talk about how you’re feeling. To have the hard conversations.

For the past 6 years I have partnered with children, adolescents, couples, and families to help them achieve their individualized goals. I have worked with a wide range of issues to include depression, anxiety, life changes, grief and loss, child behavioral issues, mood and personality disorders, and both childhood and adult trauma. I have been a military spouse for 14 years and have called Okaloosa County home for the past 11 years- and we plan to stay! My office is centrally located downtown and child friendly!
