For the past 6 years I have partnered with children, adolescents, couples, and families to help them achieve their individualized goals.

I have worked with a wide range of issues to include depression, anxiety, life changes, grief and loss, child behavioral issues, mood and personality disorders, and both childhood and adult trauma.

I have been a military spouse for 14 years and have called Okaloosa County home for the past 11 years- and we plan to stay!
